5. The term limit was lifted under Protocol N 4-93 of the Interstate Council for standardization, metrology and certification (IUS 4-94). 6. Edition with Changes N1,2,3,4 approved in March of 1980, in September of 1984, in April 1990 (ИУС 4-80, 12-84, 1-90, 7-90). This standard applies to the frost-resistant grease CIATIM-201 designed for lubrication of low-loaded rolling and sliding friction units at temperatures from minus 60 to 90 Celsius degree. 1. Specifications
1.1 (Excluded, Ed. N 4) 1.2 The grease must comply with the requirements of this standard and be produced according to the technology was applied in the development of prototype greases that have passed the tests with positive results and approved to use in accordance with the established order. 1.3 According to physical and chemical indicators, the grease must comply with the requirements and standards are represented in the table:

2.1 The grease is taken in batches. The batch is considered to be the amount of grease weighing up to 11 tons of simultaneous production, uniform in its quality indicators and accompanied by a single quality document. N 2, 3) 2.2 The volume of samples - according to GOST 2517. 2.3 If unsatisfactory test results are obtained for at least by one of the parameters, repeat tests are performed on a newly selected sample from the same sample. Test methods 3.1 The grease sample is taken in accordance to GOST 2517. For the combined sample, take 1.5 kg of grease. 3.2 To determine the appearance, the grease is applied with a spatula on a plate of size 50x70x2 mm. glass in accordance with GOST 111 using a template (inner dimensions 35x35x2 mm.) and viewed in passing light. 3.1-3.2 (Revised version, Ed. N 2) 3.3 The corrosion effects on metals is determined on the plates made of copper grades M0k or M1k in accordance with GOST 859. 3.4 The stability test against oxidation is carried out on the plates made of copper grades M0k or M1k in accordance with GOST 859. 3.3, 3.4 (Revised version, Ed. Packing, labeling, transportation and storage 4.1 Packing, labeling, transportation and storage of the grease carried out in accordance with GOST 1510 with the following additions: the grease is packed in banks made of white tin with a capacity of up 1 WIR tubes up to 250 cm the grease must be stored in the manufacturer’s container. 5. Manufacturer’s guarantee 5.1 The manufacturer guarantees the conformity of the grease with requirements of this standard if the storage and transportation conditions stipulated by GOST 1510 and this standard are met. (Revised version, Ed. N 3) 5.2 The warranty period for storing the grease storage is 5 years from the day of manufacture. (Revised version, Ed. N 2) 6. Safety requirement 6.1 The grease isn’t toxic. Special safety instructions when working with the grease are not required. 6.2 When working with the grease it’s necessary to use personal protective equipment according to typical industry standards approved in the established order.
