  Instrument oils
Instrument oils, petroleum oils mainly used  for greasing of the instrumentation, relate to industrial oils.

The oils used for greasing of devices and machinery are conditionally divided into four subgroups:
1) General purpose oils;
2) Special purpose oils on mineral and synthetic basis;
3) Oils on a mixed (synthetic and mineral) basis;
4) Watch oils.

Instrument oils are produced on the basis of petroleum. There are also synthetic oils. Additives are introduced into the majority of instrument oils.
